We offer security consultations and risk assessments grounded in the specific environment, community, and operational reality of each engagement. Whether a venue is opening, an event is being planned, or existing provision needs reviewing, we identify vulnerabilities, design appropriate responses, and ensure the security strategy fits the culture it's protecting
Culture training
Our culture training ensures security staff can embed community values into how they operate. Many working women's sport or LGBTQ+ venues arrive without meaningful context for the environment they're walking into. We run two programmes; one for women's sport, one for LGBTQ+ venues and events - covering the specific threat landscape, conduct standards, and welfare responsibilities that make these spaces feel as safe as they should be
